The company drills from and uses Hardee's Rifle & Light Infantry Tactics, or Hardee's Tactics for short to instruct upon proper organization and movement in the field.
Hardee Rifle & Light Infantry Tactics
The company undertakes drill and instruction of School of the Soldier at all events, especially with new members to ensure proper handling of weapons and knowledge of the commands given while in the field. New members will be trained and paired with an experienced veteran of the company and near an NCO to ensure safety at the first events of their membership.
New members are asked to review information about drill provided to them from the Captain. Information will be delivered to new members in the form of a printed handout.
